This is a beginner-level class for anyone with an interest in yoga or getting in tune with their body. We'll go through some key poses, (i.e. Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog​ - don't know what those are? come find out!), as well as learning to have fun all while moving mindfully.
