X8069: What is Self Love? in Splash Fall 2024 (Nov. 16 - 17, 2024)
Many people associate self-love with self-care activities like warm baths and face masks, but this class takes a deeper look at what it truly means to love yourself. We will explore fundamental questions like: What is self? What is love? Through personal narratives and reflective exercises, students will explore concepts related to self-love and discover how to cultivate it on a more profound level. This class offers tools and insights to help you navigate what it means to love oneself on a deeper layer.
