Brief Biographical Sketch:
Hey! My name is Louis or Lou. I live in Los Angeles, CA and am currently a sophomore at Santa Monica College. I plan to transfer to a UC for my junior year of college seeking an Economics or Business Economics degree. I enjoy studying economics (obviously), philosophy, and mathematics. I also love watching movies, cooking, and playing board games. Feel free to come to my walk-in activity to learn how to play a board game or if you just want to talk! I'd love to get to know you! Come learn and play Chinese chess! This is a wonderful game and an interesting variation to regular western chess. If there are enough people that come and are interested in playing a mini tournament, then I can organize it and the winner will receive a Chinese chess travel set. Come by if you want to play or learn how to play. I will explain and demonstrate different aspects of the game in class. Hope to see you there!
