Brief Biographical Sketch:
I am a senior at Stanford from Georgia. I enjoy running, hiking, games of all types, listening to music, living. My nickname Francium comes from my AP Chemistry class when I jokingly said I'd bring in some francium for the class to put in water for an experiment. I have a passion for studying dreams and hope to spread this interest to the world someday. I think tomorrow is as good a day as any. Come to this class to start learning some basic yet useful memory techniques that I wish I had known about in grade school.

A fun introduction into the world of dreams and lucid dreaming. We will talk briefly about the history of dreams then go into what exactly lucid dreams are. Most importantly we will discuss different techniques to induce lucid dreams and the benefits of paying attention to your dreams.
