Hi! I'm a Biochemistry PhD student at Stanford. My research focuses on understanding and engineering beneficial plant root colonizing microbes to improve agriculture and combat climate change.

S8083: Under the Microscope: The Many Superpowers of Bacteria in Splash Fall 2024 (Nov. 16 - 17, 2024)
One of the greatest wonders of the natural world is the sheer diversity found in the forms and functions of life on planet earth. While much of this is easily seen by the naked eye, the vast majority is hidden in the microscopic world right under our noses, in the kingdom of bacteria. In this class we’ll be exploring some of the craziest species we know of, and how to borrow their powers through bioengineering and synthetic biology!
